Pasadena School

Completion Date: 2013

A $2.6 million annex added to Madison Elementary was completed in 2013 and is the home to the family center and preschool which was previously located in a home and portable structures. Madison Elementary School is a historical public school located in Pasadena, CA. The school was built in 1905 and has maintained the historical charm seen throughout the City of Pasadena.

The annex features preschool classrooms that will serve 35-40 students each years. The family center will house rooms for immunizations, health education, parent education, social services, referrals, and other services for the community.

Pyramid Plastering completed the exterior of the building by troweling the surface smooth with Aged Limestone stucco. Flannery’s Plaster Channel Screed was installed in two different sizes, the PCS 75-100 and the PCS 375-100 in a clear anodized finish.
